Serving clients in the EU, UK, Australia and the Gulf
Web platforms, mobile apps, ERP, healthcare systems and AI assistants. We take products from first workshop to production, then stay on to run them. Most of our clients are still with us three years later.
01 — What we offer
We do not staff by the seat. The engineers who scope your project are the ones who build it and the ones who take the support calls afterwards.
02 — Selected work
A paediatric platform for Italian practices, and a self-storage facility in South Australia. Different countries and industries, and both are systems the business could not trade without.

Italian paediatricians lose the clinical day to the phone. Oykos puts a structured questionnaire in front of the practice instead, so a case arrives already prepared and the agenda surfaces only what needs a doctor. Doctors, parents and administrators each get their own app over one shared clinical record.
Oykomed put it better than we would have:
“Più tempo per la cura e le diagnosi, meno tempo al telefono.”

Parents describe symptoms in a structured form. The case lands on the agenda already worked up, with recurring follow-ups tracked instead of remembered.

Every container and caravan bay drawn to position and colour-coded live. Selecting one starts a ten-minute hold, then three steps to a paid booking and a QR code that opens the gate.

A practice hands over a spreadsheet. Codice fiscale and tessera sanitaria are validated, and children whose parent has not signed up stay bookable anyway.
03 — How we work
Four stages. Each one ends with something you own and can take elsewhere, so you are never locked in by a half-finished project.
One to two weeks. We interview the people who use the current system daily, map what you actually run, and list the integrations nobody documented.
Data model, API contracts, security model and migration plan. We walk your team through it and revise before any production code is written.
Two-week sprints against a shared board. You get a working build every fortnight, staging mirrors production, and your team has repository access throughout.
Phased cutover with a tested rollback at every step. Then training for your staff, named on-call engineers and a monthly review.
04 — Stack
The languages, frameworks and platforms behind our web, mobile, ERP, healthcare and AI work. If your team already has a stack, we work in it rather than pushing our own.
Clients
We would rather let the people who hired us do the talking. Real projects, real names, and what it was actually like to work with us.

More time for care and diagnosis, less time on the phone.
“Più tempo per la cura e le diagnosi, meno tempo al telefono.”
05 — Writing
Six years of integration work, and the pipe-delimited format keeps winning on the wards. An argument against wholesale migration.
The shadow-write approach, the two times we rolled back, and the checklist we now run on every cutover.
OTP at registration only, a user passcode after that, passkeys and biometrics for the PWA. What it cost, and what it did not.
06 — Practicalities
Discovery is a fixed fee, set by how many systems we need to map. You get the system map and a costed scope at the end of it whether or not you carry on with us. Build work is then billed monthly against a team of an agreed size. We do not bill by the hour, because it rewards the wrong thing.
Yes, and most of our projects run that way. Your developers commit to the same repository, join the same standups and review our pull requests. We would rather leave behind a team that can maintain the system than a dependency on us.
Discovery usually within two to three weeks. A full build team takes six to eight weeks, because we staff from people already here rather than hiring against a signed contract.
It usually does. Anything inside the agreed sprint capacity we absorb and tell you what moved to make room. Anything larger gets costed as a change before we build it, so the decision is yours and it is on paper. We do not quietly reprioritise your backlog.
Gujranwala, Pakistan. We overlap with European and Gulf business hours as standard, UK and Australian hours most of the day, and US Eastern by arrangement. Support tickets are answered on an agreed SLA regardless of timezone.
Automated tests on anything with money, health data or permissions attached, and a staging environment that mirrors production for everything else. Each sprint ends with a build you can click through yourself. Before go-live we run user acceptance testing with your staff, not just our own QA.
Most clients move onto a support retainer. That covers monitoring, backups, security patching, small changes and an agreed response time for incidents. You get a monthly report showing uptime, tickets closed and what we changed. If you would rather run it in-house, we hand over runbooks and train your team.
We sign your NDA before the first technical conversation. You own all source code, designs and data from the first commit. It sits in your repository and your cloud account, not ours.
07 — Next step
Pick a time that suits you. No account manager and no sales script. The people who would do the work read the brief and take the call. Prefer to write it out first? The contact form reaches the same inbox.
Thirty minutes with the engineers who would do the work. No account manager, no discovery invoice.
