The client needed speed at the counter without losing traceability across inventory, invoicing, compliance, and reconciliation.
We built a full-stack workflow around modern frontend tooling, structured backend APIs, reporting surfaces, and transaction audit trails.
The platform balanced fast daily operations with the controls required for highly traceable healthcare retail workflows.

An append-only transaction trail
Editable invoices and stock records
Compliance reporting has to reconstruct what happened, not what the record looks like now. Corrections are entries of their own, so nothing is silently rewritten.
SQLite in a container per site
A shared database server per pharmacy
A counter is a single-site workload. One container and one file to back up is something a pharmacy can actually operate without an IT department.
Batch and barcode tracking in the billing flow
A separate stock module reconciled at the end of the day
Traceability that happens after the sale is traceability the counter can skip. Recording it at the moment of billing is what keeps the audit trail honest.
