AI Planner Flow is a local-first AI documentation and proposal generation platform. It allows users to upload documents, chat with AI context, and generate professional outputs including technical documentation and business proposals. The platform supports multiple AI providers including Ollama, OpenRouter, and NVIDIA NIM.
Businesses spend hours writing proposals, technical documentation, and reports. The challenge was to build an intelligent system that can understand context from uploaded documents and generate high-quality, structured outputs while maintaining accuracy and relevance.
We built a full-stack platform with FastAPI backend and React frontend. The system uses document chunking and embedding for context retrieval, supports multiple AI providers for flexibility, and generates structured outputs in both preview and DOCX formats. The platform includes prompt analysis, admin controls, and real-time chat.
The platform reduced document generation time by 80%, allowing teams to create professional proposals and documentation in minutes instead of hours. Multi-provider support ensures reliability and cost optimization.

A provider-agnostic inference layer
